The curtain fell today on the international tourism fair Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair (BTTF), which began on October 30 at the Bangabandhu Bangladesh–China Friendship Exhibition Center in Dhaka. The three-day fair showcased vibrant participation from home and abroad.
The country’s leading tourism organization, the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), organized the event.
TOAB’s Director (Trade and Fair), Taslim Amin Shovon, said,“This year’s fair was more colorful and engaging than in previous years. BTTF has become a unique platform to connect local and international tourism businesses and to highlight Bangladesh’s immense tourism potential.”
A total of 12 countries participated in this year’s fair, including Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, the Maldives, China, Singapore, and Thailand, among others.Biman Bangladesh Airlines was the title sponsor, bKash the payment partner, and Opas Communication Ltd. managed public relations.
The fair received overall support from the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Ministry of Cultural Affairs, Bangladesh Tourism Board, Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, and the Tourist Police.
Spread across four halls, the event featured 20 pavilions and 220 stalls. It also included B2B sessions, seminars, country presentations, daily cultural performances, and documentary screenings on major tourist destinations across Bangladesh. Professors, department heads, and students from various universities also attended the fair.

I always attend the Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair with my students because it provides them with valuable learning opportunities. As a representative of Royal University, I feel proud to be a part of this grand event. My students worked hard over these three days, and I sincerely thank them all.”
