Ranveer Singh unveils ‘Dhurandhar’ teaser on his 40th birthday
Ranveer’s character is reportedly inspired by Ajit Doval, National Security Advisor of India.
Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh marked his 40th birthday on Sunday (6 July) with the teaser release of his upcoming fild ‘Dhurandhar’, generating excitement among fans across the world.
The teaser opens with a back shot of Ranveer Singh walking away from the camera. Accompanying the visuals is a voice-over by co-star R. Madhavan. The teaser’s rugged vibe evokes memories of Ranbir Kapoor’s screen presence in Animal.
The teaser holds a good balance between action and humour. Director Aditya Dhar has cast other Bollywood actors, including Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Akshaye Khanna, in the movie.
Ranveer’s character is reportedly inspired by Ajit Doval, National Security Advisor of India.
"Main ghaayal hoon... isliye ghatak hoon...," which literally translate into “I’m wounded... and therefore, lethal...,” this dialogue in the treasure hints the audience about the action sequences they can expect when the movie releases.
Fans and actors across the world are sending their comments over social media.
The movie is set to release for Christmas this year.
