In a swift response to the online leak of the blockbuster film Taandob, police have arrested three individuals from different parts of the country. Authorities say the suspects had links to cinema halls and played key roles in distributing a pirated HD copy of the film.
A Dhaka tribunal on Monday postponed the cross-examination of actress Pori Moni (Shamsunnahar Smriti) in the Savar Boat Club assault and sexual harassment case. The new hearing date is set for 9 September.
