TIFF announces its 2025 Industry Selects lineup – 10 standout, audience-ready titles from around the world, available for acquisition during the Festival’s 50th edition. The slate spans genres including drama, thriller, comedy, and documentary. This year’s group represents a range of global perspectives, offering buyers a focused selection of titles with international sales and distribution potential.
From Bangladesh, Soyeb Sikder, Deputy Chief Reporter of Daily Bangladesh Time, has been invited as a journalist to cover the festival. He received his invitation on July 29, marking the first time he has been formally invited to TIFF.
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, the film is slated for release this Christmas, on December 25. Produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series, the project has already sparked considerable buzz within the industry, with trade insiders predicting a strong box-office run.
