Actress Moonmoon’s longtime assistant Mahi Arnob has passed away

Munmun said, “My longtime assistant Mahi Arnob is no more. Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raji’un. I felt deeply saddened hearing the sudden news. I heard he passed away three days ago and has already been buried. Arnob had cancer and was undergoing chemotherapy. He had received about seven sessions, with three remaining. But everything ended before that. I will miss the ever-smiling boy a lot. Many people didn’t like Mahi, but I always did and kept him close. From 2016 to 2020, Mahi worked with me.”
Remembering him, the actress added, “I can still hear Mahi’s calls—‘Apu, when are you shooting, when is the show?’ Whenever we went to work, he loved taking selfies with me. Those of you who knew Mahi, please keep him in your prayers. He was a very sad soul.”
Munmun further said, “In 2019, after his mother passed away, Mahi cried and told me, ‘Apu, I will also go to my mother.’ That day, I couldn’t find any words to console him. Today, Mahi has indeed gone to his mother.” She mentioned that just two months ago, she last spoke to him. “He prayed for me so sincerely. Please everyone, pray that Allah grants him a place in Jannah.”
Besides working with actress Munmun, Mahi Arnob had also been an assistant to other leading actresses, including Pori Moni.
